Benca for Children Foundation
So that the children who are so often overlooked can defend themselves too. Martial arts teach persistence, discipline and calm. The Benca Ju-jitsu club already works with children's homes and covers fees for socially disadvantaged kids. The foundation will build on that work.
What we already do, and what the foundation adds
Children from children's homes
We work with children's homes and the social sector - self-defence, bullying prevention and the steady discipline of training for the kids who need it most.
Fees and equipment
Club donations cover membership fees for socially disadvantaged members, sports equipment, camps and events for children and youth.
Darujeme kroužky dětem
We are linked with Darujeme kroužky dětem, a Czech organisation that helps families pay for children's regular activities.
The foundation is being registered. Its name is Nadační fond Benca dětem; registration number, bank account, board and exact purpose will follow once it is entered in the register. Until then you can support the club directly - Support the club.
